I have just returned from a stay in India where I have been teaching class and workshops at Choreotheque Dance Studio in New Delhi, alongside researching and creating new material to inform my new piece: an exploration of waiting.

I’m about to start teaching class at this studio starting February 28th. A relaxed and healing way to start the week with a full warmup; technical exercises and final taught phrase to round the class off… The level is general and emphasis is on freedom of movement and enjoyment!
